Terms and Conditions

1. Eligibility & Premium Driver Requirements:

– Drivers must have a minimum of three (3) years of verifiable commercial driving experience.

– A valid CDL, clean MVR, and a valid medical card are required.

– References for at least the last two years of employment must be verifiable.

2. Verification & Background Checks:

– By registering, you consent to criminal background checks, MVR checks, reference checks, and

verification of your medical card.

– The verification fee is non-refundable.

3. Verification Resubmission Policy:

– If your initial verification fails, you will be notified within 3-5 business days with the reason(s) for the failure.

– You have seven (7) calendar days from the date of notification to submit corrected or additional

documentation without paying another fee.

– Failure to respond within the timeframe or failure of a second verification attempt will require a new

application and another verification fee.

4. Company Membership Terms:

– Companies agree to post accurate job listings and to communicate professionally with drivers.

– Misrepresentation or abuse of the platform will result in suspension or termination without refund.

5. Payments & Refunds:

– All payments for memberships and verification are non-refundable except in the event of duplicate

charges or proven technical errors.

6. Use of Platform:

7. Liability Disclaimer:

– I Will Drive For You acts solely as a connection platform and does not guarantee employment or

performance of any driver or company.

8. OPT-IN & OPT-OUT INSTRUCTIONS

– You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text “STOP” to the [Phone Number]. After you send the SMS message “STOP” to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, just sign up as you did the first time and we will start sending SMS messages to you again.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages
